Enquiry privacy policy

HospitalWay is developed by Ahsan Digital Solutions Ltd. This notice covers business enquiries about HospitalWay demonstrations and services.

What you share

The demonstration enquiry form asks for your name, work email and hospital or organisation. A contact number and business message are optional. Do not submit patient details, clinical information or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and discuss HospitalWay with your organisation. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Submission and email providers

The form sends your information to Formspree for submission processing and spam protection. Formspree currently emails notifications directly to a designated Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail inbox. Separately, messages addressed to [email protected] are forwarded to a monitored inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. The form notifications do not use that forwarding route.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business discussion and meet applicable legal obligations. The enquiry form does not save a copy in your browser’s local storage.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about your information, request access or correction, object to processing or request deletion by contacting [email protected]. Your rights depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
